This year I am hosting my family Christmas party and we have decided to make it an "ugly Christmas sweater" party. There will even be a prize for the most tacky sweater! I have heard about people doing this before and from what I understand it's quite popular. I have even seen some "ugly sweaters" selling on eBay for up to $50.00:D. But, we will be heading out to our local second hand stores (or maybe Mom's closet... sorry Mom!) to find our prize winning sweaters. If we find some really good ones, maybe I can sell them next year on eBay for a profit, haha! So, anyway, not only will we be boosting the local economy with our ugly sweater party, but we will also be doing the earth a favor by recycling and keeping these horrid things out of landfills!
