Hello everyone!

We had a wonderful time last night! Marina and Nick were awesome (as usual) and it was a pleasure to have them here for another house concert! I wanted to share some pictures. One pic is of Marina playing our 100 year old piano after the show... Mike and I don't know how to play, but when I was growing up I was always fascinated with piano music and I love the sound. A friend of mine gave us this one when they moved a few years back. When I was young, we had a big fancy organ with all the bells and whistles and my brothers and sisters all loved to play it. Nowadays, I really enjoy when the kids (or anyone) visit and I hear music, whether good or bad, coming from the piano. I think there is something magnetic about it and it inspires people to appreciate music even more! Anyway...It was extra special for us to have Marina Play a quick tune for us! Enjoy!:)

It can get lonely up here in the mountains, but not that lonely.

It's a good thing I didn’t comment on the big fancy organ. ;)

I know, I was just messing with ya;). I am a bit shy when it comes to compliments :o. So, a gracious "thank you Ulfdog" is in order!
About the organ...yeah I guess that could be taken out of context real easily, lol! But, I assure you it was a big fancy organ of the "musical instrument" variety that played anything from salsa to samba with the push of a button. I am positive we drove our neighbors crazy with that thing!

GREAT Pic's TIff!!! I had a great time seeing Marina at your home again. It was also a great treat to have her and Nick hang out after. I still think you should of had her sign your piano. I have something for you when we come up. Frank framed my MarinaV CD which she had signed. It is now in our music room. LQQKS GREAT TOO!! I love it!! Can not wait to see Marina again. I checked out her new commercial, She is just a sweetheart and will always be "Sunshine garenteed"!!! TTFN Valerie

Hi Valerie! What a nice surprise to see you here:). So, you have your Marina CD framed...that sounds Like a really good Idea!

Isn't Marina's commercial so sweet & funny?? And, I have the DVD;). We'll have to check it out together when I see you.

Hope you are both doing well....we have to get together really soon!!!!
