Wow.
Today is the big day for America.
I became a US citizen 2 years ago, and this is my first Presidential election!!!
It sucks that I had to vote absentee since I'm on tour now (today I'm in Savannah, Georgia), it would have been greater to vote in that booth!!
It's very very exciting for me to see how involved so many Americans are in this election.
I've been in the US a little over 10 years, and for a long time I saw apathy, cinicism and
lack of participation in the democratic process. And I understand that the government
and the electoral process are far from perfect, but that's all we have, and we have to make
the best of it. And I think people are starting to see that now!!!!!
I'm just so excited to see all of the enthusiasm, so many new registered voters
and hundreds of thousands of volunteers across the US!!! and I think it's wonderful!!!!!!
Go vote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
