It's the little things that make this life better, right? It's amazing sometimes how a small gesture can make your day a better day.
Today a person in a giant Hummer waived me in (in my Prius) to go first. I thought that was the sweetest & most unusual thing (primarily b/c it was a Hummer!!)!
Anything cool happened to you guys lately?
Hugs to all of you,

Today a girl in the Copenhagen subway gave me her seat. (Do I look that old?)

Check out what I saw in the paper the other day. I normally don't care much for pet stories being passed on as news, but this, this just made my day!!! smile.gif Very sweet.

Firefighter Saves Cat by Performing Mouth-To-Mouth Resuscitation After House FireThe

Associated Press WEST FRANKFORT, Ill. Oct 22, 2007 (AP)

A southern Illinois firefighter is proof that saving lives doesn't just involve people.

Firefighter Dave Chambers helped rescue several animals during a house fire last week, including a kitten that wasn't breathing when it was carried out of the home.

Chambers performed mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on the cat. He said the cat came out of it and, perhaps as a show of gratitude, jumped on his lap and started purring.

It's not the first time Chambers has done such a thing. Nearly a year ago, he was recognized for doing rescue breathing on a dog.

While in Jamaica, one local man just gave us a ride in his car for free (people in Jamaica are very poor, and we offered him a little bit of money, but he said - No, consider this a welcome gift to Jamaica). It was very, very nice.
