So I walked into the bass drum Tues night and fractured my toe. The middle one on my right foot. I called the doctor to make an appt but he said to just "buddy-tape" my fractured toe to the neighbor-toe and stay off that foot for a couple of weeks. So I've been icing the toe and keeping it elevated. You know, all the fun things! Then I hobbled over to the computer and decided to write you a note.

LIVE at SoundMoves CD will be ready in just a few weeks!! The CD insert will include exclusive photos from the recording session, my ever-so-charming banter & stories, extra fun version of "That's The Way It Goes" and my take on "Here, There & Everywhere" by the Beatles + new song "Unbalanced", and "Father"!!!!

Omaha Ne Have to tell you, not a fan of McDonalds. and not a fan of the fact that they're spreading all over the world. :( :(

p.s. you should have seen the smirks on my friends' faces (all American-born) when they gave me all of that stuff and then watched me take that picture smile.gif )
it was a fun night smile.gif

McDonald's--good french fries. decent desserts (spelling?), and tasty anything that isn't supposed to be healthy while anything that should be healthy...bah... And I feel like running to the store and buying one of those apple pies in your hand. OMG, so good...

And I love the flower on the cover of the new CD. It's so...cute! Hehe...

Once, my friends and I were at Carl's Junior and I squished some of the greese (when it comes to spelling, I'm braindead, so my apologies if that is spelled wrong) out of a french fry into a napkin. It became transparent. Yuck. Then I tried the fry, and it didn't taste good. Sad that unhealthy food tastes so good...

That's why I like strawberries. :D
