If you like music, trains, outdoor concerts or just want to get out of the house, I highly recommend seeing the Festival Express. I saw it a couple months ago at a Film Festival here in New Mexico.

Finally, here's a tip for the coolest movie of the summer.
You all know the Dead song "Might As Well," which was about a crazed, wonderful train ride across Canada with our boys, Janis Joplin, The Band, and a host of other fabulous musicians ("99 children with a chance to go.."). It only took 34 years, but after all this time, the film of the ride has been made into a great movie - "Festival Express." You want to see Jerry tell Janis "I love you," yes you do. You also want to see the great Dead and Band performances, and the very best Janis film footage - ever.
