I don't know if you can say "Fan"* because Marina is way too good to have "fans." I think "Fan" is kind of an understatement for someone this deep. By the way, I am Sara, and I heard her music at the Relay for Life Caner Walk thing. I am SO grateful that she was there. . .afterwards, I HAD to say something. . .I probably looked like an idiot in my little walking clothes after spending hours in the sun, but, I did. :rolleyes: After my friend, Shelley, and I talked to her, she actually asked us our names and gave us hugs. I mean, how freakin' awesome is THAT? :eek: Some things stick with you. . .and when someone who is obviously your superior asks you something that wouldn't even really matter to them that makes your day, that just shows how COOL they are. "Cool" is SUCH an understatement for this girl. But, Shelley made a really cool (understatement) comment about your eyes, Marina. She said they looked like mirrors. She wasn't trying to make a metaphor or something, but your eyes were so light in contrast to the outline of them. . .it was so pretty, though. Does anyone else hear some Alanis Moressete-like qualities in Marina? (Right now I am listening to SOMETHING OF MY OWN for the billionth time). . .it was so cool watching her rock out on the really low parts of the piano (I am sure there is some politically correct term for that, but, I am clueless to it, then. . .) I love how she varies her emphasises (sp?) to how one would typically pronounce them.
