Last night watched Marina perform at the Thousand Oaks Borders and like always she was great! She even played over two hours! that was cool. I enjoyed it alot and she even played some songs I requested! How nice is that. smile.gif
A highlight was that she played a song from her old album Lift. It was sweet... and there was also this sad song she played... it had "father" in the lyrics. I didn't catch the title. It was an emotional song. very well sang.
Also she played the song, "Never Again". People in the store liked that one and even wanted to know if it was on the cd. hehe.. (maybe that's a hint that it should be on one. ;) haha)
Other than that.. it was a wonderful performance like always. Her and Nick were terrific and I can't wait to hear them again at the Hotel Cafe where they'll play with a Full Band. What a treat!!!
