We'll have FREE RAFFLE & RUSSIAN CHOCOLATE!!!!!

Paid parking on the same side of the street. Street Parking is also available.
Hotel Cafe is a very intimate, nice & clean (all ages) venue with a GREAT vibe. It's one of my favorite venues in the Los Angeles area. ~ marina smile.gif

Woo-hoo, a new CD! How exciting to finally have some of the songs on CD that we've only been able to hear live. I'm especially excited about "Guardian Angel" and "I'll Be Alright." I think "Guardian Angel" might be the singular most haunting, painfully sad song I've ever heard that manages to be so exquisitely beautiful at the same time. Almost more than any other song, the beauty of your voice, Marina, singing about such dark vulnerability always gets me choked up. But just when I'm about to break down in tears, there's "I'll Be Alright" to kick my ass and get me motivated to achieve my dreams!

Congratulations to both of you (and to all of us for getting to hear it!) on the new CD! Can't wait to hear it and share it with everyone I know! I will do everything I can to be there on the 16th!

It's official. I'll definitely be there Saturday night. I've been handing out flyers and telling everyone I know. Last night, I "subtly" brought up the show and CD to a girl in the ladies room at Tangier (a restaurant in LA), trying to get the word out. Hey, ya' never know, right?

Where the heck is the hotel cafe...

I couldn't make it. I gave up after getting lost and driving around the hollywood area for almost 2 hours to look for the HOTEL CAFE..

I'm not so upset, because this has happened to me so many times since I moved to here 3 months ago. I guess I just need to get used to this terrible trraffic jams in Los Angeles. ;)

Anyway, I'll see you guys at the next show.
