Hi everyone smile.gif It finally rained in Los Angeles!!! I've been waiting for half a year for rain!!! I love living in Southern California, it's so beautiful and warm here, but I do miss the rain and the changes of the season. If you have recent pictures of the leaves changing, please post them on the messageboard for all of us Southern Californians to see. smile.gif

Musically, the next several weeks are going to be very important as we are going to have a few more showcase-type shows where the music industry people (from record labels & such) will be attending. I am very excited and a little anxious.

Thanks to all of you who came out to the last few shows!! Your presence helped create quite a buzz in the music industry. smile.gif I am VERY lucky to have you supporting me!!!

Come on out to the next show & make sure to hang out afterwards & give me a hug. Or two smile.gif
love,
marina smile.gif )))

Nick and I donated blood the other day. I've done this many many times and got overly confident. I got up too quickly and passed out. Lesson Learned!!! smile.gif )

It is good to hear that So Cal has finally had rain. I do miss being able to watch the storms over the ocean and the change of seasons in L.A. You know when you have to change from short sleeves to long or maybe a light sweater. We had our first snow last Wednesday, it snowed for a couple of hours, but melted as it hit the ground. You are right the change of colors is magnificent and something to experience.

Email me which songs you'd like to hear. So far I've received requests
for "Guardian Angel", a Russian song on the guitar & "Underneath Your Sky".

It will be my only weekend show in the near future, and I hope you can
make it out!

on iTunes.com.

Talk to you all soon and thank you for everything.
A big big hug to every one of you & hope to see you soon.

The town of Taos is about 7000 ft in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains (“Blood of Christ). The Taos ski valley, which is about 12 mile away from, is about 9000 and Wheeler Peak is 13,161 feet and the tallest mountain in New Mexico. A little different for someone who had lived most of their life at sea level.
