Has anyone ever been here before? It looks like a real cute, colorful place.
Hey, with the wireless Internet connection they have maybe I could even broadcast her live on the Internet for all to see. I'm not sure you'd all want to stay up that late, (10pm CA time) would you? The next step would be to figure out how to do it.
I'll see you there,

That's the tricky part. I've never done any kind of webcam stuff before and I don't have a camera that I can connect to my computer.
I just checked with my server and I can do it if I have a camera.
I've got the Laptop and wireless Internet connection and if someone is willing to lend me a camera, I'll do it.
I'll keep checking on this, I'm sure I could borrow one from a friend...??? We'll see.
Let me know how much intrest there is in this and I'll get more serious about it.

Thanks Pirate Killer!!
I'm going to see my ex-wife tomorrow, maybe I can get our old camera to do this.
Can I use a normal digital picture camera to do it or do I need one of those special little webcams like I see all over the place?

i don't kmow if I posted properly last night.
But so long as the camera has a firewire or USB (I always get the 2 confused) connection, there shouldn't be a problem. Typically this in on the DVCams, Digital Camera, of Digi8 cameras. Most cameras in the last 5 years have this.

I called The Equator yesterday for the second time, first time the guy didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. Anyway, I don't have an account with their Internet Service Provider (like T Mobile at Starbucks) and I don't want to get one so this idea is down the drain.
It was fun to think about though.

Maybe at the next show. I should probably bring my camera anyway. Marina usually enjoys having footage of herself so see.

Man, I totally forgot about that. (I don't know if this is what you meant but it made me think about it)
I could use one of those cameras, record the show, and post the video on my website.
Geesh, who ever said it had to be live?
Cool, I gotta try that sometime.

I don't think so. I'd like to, but I need to get a little more prepared before I do.
I'm hoping just to make it at this point. My car's been in the shop all day for a problem they said would take 2 hours to fix, ugh!
Sorry no video.
